About Ration Card :
- If you have a ration card, you can avail the benefits of government schemes and also you get food grains at lower prices from the government cheap grocery shops.
- Ration card is very important for poor and middle class families. If you have a ration card then you can avail the benefits of government schemes. If you have a ration card, then the government provides you grains at a cheaper price from the fair price shop. This scheme is distributed under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana.
- If you are living above poverty line then your APL card will be made, you will apply for APL Card and if your financial condition is not good then your BPL card will be made below poverty line, you will apply for BPL Card.
- If there is a woman in your house and she is above 18 years of age, then the ration card will be made in the name of the woman only. If there is no woman in the house or the age is less, then in this situation the ration card will be made in the name of the man.

- All Family Members should have Aadhar Card.
- The candidate should be Living below the Poverty Line.
- It is mandatory for the applicant to have original Residence Certificate. (Nivas Pramad Patra)
- Income Certificate (Aaye Pramad Patra) should be below poverty line
